Michael Hazard, URMC Web Master

Mike Hazard is the manager of the Web Technology Group. He has been involved with Web development since 1996, and has written numerous books and journal articles on the subject. In addition, he teaches courses for Adobe and Macromedia. He would like to list outside interests in this bio, but as the father of 3 sons, he has no time for outside interests.

Janette Dauenhauer, Web Developer

Janette has developed web sites for the URMC since 1995. She is familiar with Photoshop, Cold Fusion, and database design. An employee of the URMC since 1987, she is also accustomed to meeting the specific needs of the medical center community. She teaches "Introduction to HTML" to URMC faculty, staff, and students and is the administrator of the URMC Scientific Events calendar.

Janette has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in English with a minor in Computer Science Technology from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY.

Brandie Kellett, Web Designer

Brandie has been with the Web Technology Group since the summer of 2000 when she started here as an intern. She then continued as a part-time employee for a year while completing her Bachelors in Fine Arts from RIT and finally began full time employment in 2001. Before becoming a web designer Brandie worked for 11 years as a sign language interpreter both here in Rochester and in San Diego California.

Other interests include various creative projects, playing music and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
