The conference registration fee includes:

  • Four Buffet Breakfasts, three Morning Breaks, three Buffet Lunches, two Afternoon Breaks, and a Welcome Reception

Registered spouses and/or companions are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, all Breakfasts, Lunches and Breaks. Spouse/companion name must be registered (see fee above) to obtain the required registration badge for admission to the Exhibit Hall and all meal functions.

We are sorry, but for the protection of your children, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time.

The registration fee must accompany the registration form. Please make checks payable to University of Rochester, Dept. of Imaging Sciences, WI2008. If you are paying by Visa, Discover or MasterCard, you may fax your registration form to the Events Coordinator at 585-276-2406. Receipts will be issued at the conference. If you require a receipt prior to the conference, please contact the Events Coordinator. It is essential to register and obtain your hotel accommodations as early as possible.
