Vascular Surgery Division
The Division of Vascular Surgery at the Strong Heart and Vascular Center is one of the world's foremost centers for vascular surgery, offering treatment for the full range of arterial (artery), venous (vein) and peripheral vascular disorders. We are an international leader in quality patient care, surgical outcomes and research.
Patients come from great distances for our expertise in the treatment of:
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm
- Carotid Artery Disease
- Varicose Veins
- Deep Vein Thrombosis
- Dialysis Access
- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
- PVD/Lower Extremity Vascular Disease/Claudication/Limb Salvage

As much as possible, we use advanced, minimally traumatic technologies like catheter-based treatments, along with traditional surgeries for aneurysms and obstructive arterial disease.
