Resident Research Overview

Research is a critical component of a comprehensive residency program, and a one-month research rotation is built into the PM&R curriculum. Residents are required to complete a research project (such as a poster presentation or a manuscript), and may have the opportunity to present at a national conference. Trainees begin the process of choosing a research topic or project and a mentor during their second year of residency.
