The Pathology Residency Training Program at the University of Rochester Medical Center provides exposure to and experience in all major disciplines of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine while maintaining sufficient flexibility to allow individual trainees to pursue further studies in areas of special interest. Such flexibility permits individualized training for future pathology practice in either academic or community settings.
