Research and FacultyResearch is a big part of the Family Medicine Residency Program. For one, residents train with many faculty members who are actively involved in ongoing studies. Faculty research interests are wide, and reflect the program's integrative biopsychosocial model. There are faculty experts and researchers in HIV and risk behavior, reproductive health, mammography education, adolescent health, and much more. Residents also get the opportunity to do their own research.
