At Strong Memorial Hospital, we strive to exceed our patients’ expectations and provide safe, effective, and personalized care of the highest quality. To help us measure our quality, we survey patients to ask them how we’re doing and how we can improve.
Working with an independent research company, patients are selected at random to receive surveys by mail. They are asked to grade us on the care we provided and to return the survey by mail. We carefully review all survey results and use this valuable information to learn how we can serve you better.
