Hotel Accommodation Information

The registration fee includes the cost of hotel accommodations and meals. The price of registration is 400 euros for a single room and 350 euros for a shared room.

If you would like to share a room or are planning to share a room, please indicate on the registration form.

Travel Information

Arrangements are being made to book a bus and a boat to get individuals to the meeting place. If you know your travel schedule, please e-mail Christelle Baunez with your flight times so that she can arrange for people to be on the same bus and boat.

Recommended travel route:

Fly to Toulon Airport, France. If you fly in to Paris (Charles de Gaulle airport), you will need to change airports to Paris Orly Airport. There is a direct RER (tube or special bus) to take you to Orly Airport.

From the Toulon Airport, it is a short taxi ride (approximately 20 euros) to reach the boat departure place (La Tour Fondue). There are regular boats to take you to Porquerolles. We will try to arrange a special boat and will post more information later.

From Marseille Airport, you can take a taxi (expensive) or take a bus from the airport to the main railway station. From there, take a train to Hyeres and then from Hyeres station, take a bus (Line 67) or a taxi to La Tour Fondue.
