Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this conference, participants should be able to:

• Understand the importance of open standards, HL7 and basic DICOM in the implementation of the digital healthcare environment
• Understand the basic knowledge necessary to initiate the implementation of RIS, PACS, CPOE and EHR
