Getting to Rochester, New York
- The Rochester, New York area is served by:
- The Greater Rochester International Airport
- Amtrak rail service
- Greyhound and Trailways bus lines
- There are three exits off the New York State Thruway/Interstate 90 that serve Rochester. Other routes into Rochester include Interstate 390 from the south, Interstate 490 running east-west, NY-104 running east-west.
Getting Around Rochester, New York
- Taxis are available at the airport, train and bus stations.
- Local bus service is provided by the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA).
- Rental cars are available at the airport and at other locations in the city.

Interpreter Services
If you need an interpreter, please notify us when arranging your appointment. Services for a variety of languages, including sign, are available. Your interpreter will help you communicate with our doctors and staff and translate medical records.

- Patients from the United States: Our services are covered by most regional health plans. Check with your plan coordinator to confirm that you are covered and your level of coverage.
- Patients from outside the United States: Our financial coordinator will be able to talk to you about potential costs and payment options.
