The Heart Failure and Transplantation Fellowship Program is a non-accredited 1-year training program at the University of Rochester.
Currently we have one heart failure fellow per year in the program, who participates in research as well as clinical activities throughout the year.
Our heart failure and transplantation program has been up and running since 2001, and we have successfully completed over 110 heart transplants.
We accept applications in the late summer/fall of each year. Completion of a 3-year clinical cardiology fellowship is preferred. You may download an application here and submit it to
