Miner Library Account Application
Remote access to Miner Library electronic resources is currently available
to all members of the University of Rochester community. Access to the network is issued on an
individual basis. Fill in this form as completely as possible since the omission of information
may delay activation of your account.
Account activation will be immediate for those who use their "...rochester.edu" email address.
Others may take up to a week. If the account is needed sooner, a rush process is available
by special request (Email CC_Manager@urmc.rochester.edu or call the Computing Center manager @ 275-6944). Account procedures and information forms will be sent to the campus or home
address that you specify once your information has been verified.
