After-Hours Emergencies
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and have the hospital notify our office. Most HMO insurance plans require prior approval of all emergency room visits. Please call our office before obtaining these services.
One of our doctors is always available for emergencies. If you have an emergency after regular office hours, please call our answering service at (585) 723-6526. Answering service personnel will ask for information about your medical problem and will take your phone number. Stay by your phone! The doctor on call will contact you within one hour or sooner for serious emergencies.

For your convenience, a Strong Health Laboratory draw station and Highland South Wedge Pharmacyare located in the same building.
Office Closings
If the office must be closed due to snow or other emergencies, it will be announced on WHAM (1180) and WXXI (1370). We will, however, have doctors available for emergencies. In such cases, please delay all non-emergency phone calls until the next normal working day.
