MD Access Call Center
Our MD Access Call Center was created to help physicians reach Strong Memorial Hospital or Highland Hospital physicians quickly. Call Center agents are responsible for every call being completed to your satisfaction. You will receive a quality check call within one business day of the referral to solicit feedback and resolve any issues.
If you wish to speak with a specific physician, we'll:
- Page him or her so you don't have to leave a message and wait for a callback. We'll call you back as soon as we hear from the surgeon.
- Or, stay on the line with you until your call is connected, to ensure that you receive the information you need.
If a physician is unavailable, we'll direct you to an available specialist or arrange for the requested physician to return your call.
If you need the name of a specialist, Call Center agents can quickly identify physicians with the expertise you seek and handle the logistics of contacting them for you. Our comprehensive database helps us to identify physicians who match your needs and those of your patients. We can identify physicians by:
- Specialty
- Gender
- Procedures
- Hospital affiliations
- Office location
- Languages spoken
