Donna Johnston, R.N., M.P.A., C.P.H.Q., Chief Nursing Officer

As Chief Nursing Office, Donna Johnston isresponsible for the overall operational oversight, governance, development, and leadership of nursing practice at Highland Hospital.

Her duties include creating programs to support the on-going recruitment and retention of a growing nursing work force at Highland and fostering a nursing environment which provides exceptional service and operational excellence.

Prior to this position, Donna was the Director of Quality Management at Highland and JCAHO Coordinator at Strong Health.
