Volunteers are a vital part of Highland's patient care services and in addition to gaining valuable experience, possibly earning college credit and contributing to Highland's caring atmosphere, volunteers can receive dental unit discounts and educational programs discount.
Volunteers will also receive free parking and a free meal pass (if you work a 4-hour shift or more).

You can print these forms here, complete them, and bring them with you to your appointment. After your appointment you will be required to visit Employee Health for immunization screening. Finally, you will attend an orientation and be ready to start volunteering in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Exact hours for volunteer shifts may vary depending on specific assignments, but can start as early 7:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. Evening and weekend shifts are also available. We try to accommodate each volunteer's scheduling needs.
