Masters Application Instructions

There is no application fee required for Masters Programs.

All Masters Degree applicants must:

Select a program to which to apply.
Submit a complete application by December 1 for Spring admission or by June 15 for Fall admission. View application timeline.

A complete application includes:

Online application
Personal and research statements
2 recommendations
Official transcript(s)
Official test scores
Separate writing sample required for programs in Community and Preventative Medicine

Applicants may submit only one Masters application per recruitment year.

All International Students must also:

Provide all documents or letters submitted in support of your application in English or accompanied by an English translation.
