COMING FROM THE WEST:

  1. Go south on I-390.
  2. Exit I-390 at Exit 16A.
  3. Bear right onto East River Road (heading south).
  4. Just past the first signal light at East River Road and Kendrick Road, there will be two driveways on the left.
  5. Turn in at either driveway and go behind the building.
  6. On the right side of the parking lot, along the grass, is a section marked “Med Center Dev. Visitors”. You may park in that area.
  7. Enter the building through Entrance A. Take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor.

COMING FROM THE EAST:

  1. Take I-590 S until it becomes I-390.
  2. Exit at East Henrietta Road/Rt-15A (Exit 16) heading toward RT-15/West Henrietta Road.
  3. Take the West Henrietta Road/RT-15 ramp.
  4. Cross West Henrietta Road/RT-15, and you will be on East River Road (CR-84W).
  5. Go west on East River Road.
  6. Just past the second traffic signal light at East River Road and Kendrick Road, there will be two driveways on the left.
  7. Turn in at either driveway and go behind the building.
  8. On the right side of the parking lot, along the grass, is a section marked “Med Center Dev. Visitors”. You may park in that area.

From NYS Thruway Exit 46

  1. I-390 North to Scottsville Rd.Exit (Exit 17).
  2. Turn left onto Scottsville Rd. (stay in right lane).
  3. Go to second signal light and continue straight (road will curve slightly to the right).
  4. Note: Scottsville Rd. becomes Elmwood Ave. at this point.
  5. Continue past Genesee Valley pool/rink complex; over Elmwood Ave. bridge
  6. Bear left at the Third signal light; the parking lot is located on the right, or if you are a patient park in the front lot to your left and see the receptionist for a parking permit.

Local Directions

From the South

  1. Take West Henrietta Rd. (Rt.15) – going north.
  2. Note: West Henrietta Rd. becomes Mount Hope Ave. as you travel north.
  3. Go to Crittenden Blvd. and turn left.
  4. The main entrance is on your right, with the parking lot to the left.

From the North

  1. Take Mt. Hope Ave. – going south.
  2. Turn right onto Crittenden Blvd.
  3. The main entrance is on your right, with the parking lot to the left.

From the East

  1. Take Westfall Rd. (going west) to Mount Hope Ave.
  2. Turn right onto Mt. Hope Ave.
  3. Go to Crittenden Blvd. and turn left.
  4. The main entrance is on your right, with the parking lot to the left.

From the West

  1. I-390 South to West Henrietta Rd. – Route 15 (Exit 16A).
  2. Turn left onto West Henrietta Rd.
  3. Note: West Henrietta Rd. becomes Mount Hope Ave. as you travel north.
  4. Go to crittenden blvd. and turn left.
  5. The main entrance is on your right, with the parking lot to the left.
